I have the world's shortest round from Arturo, because for once nothing is happening to him. He’s not suffering from a curse or getting amnesia, he’s not in any relationship drama, he’s just chilling with his spirit cat and his boyfriend/girlfriend. He even rolled a ‘nothing much happens’ entry on the ROS. Love that for him.
Also, I’m experimenting with resizing my screenshots differently, to 800px wide instead of 1280px, so if they look different that’s why.
(I’ll probably go back to a bigger size... solely because the pop-ups look too big when I paste them in now, lmao.)
So it turns out not passing out all the time is pretty great. Should Arturo have accepted Helenet’s help earlier? Probably, but what’s done is done, and also she will never let him live it down if he admits that to her.
Arturo is also a huge fan of lycanthropy. At night he can run faster, hear better, smell all sorts of things that he couldn’t before. It’s a wonderfully novel cacophony of sensations.
(He does file away a mental note that, according to Helenet, most people don’t like when you comment that you can smell their hormonal changes or what they ate for lunch.)

Orla: See, isn't this nice, Chewy? Such a nice little house! And now you can have lots of goaty friends too!
Orla and the other newcomers didn't bring too much, preferring a quick move over the time it would take to bring multiple wagons from Wyll to Veridia. Veridians have helped out their new neighbors by offering up old and spare furniture so that their new homes are furnished, albeit lightly, and of course the covens didn't send them off with no money.
You might recognize this as being the lot across from Shep's that matches her house. She is finally free of those horrible wheat-eating sheep. 😔 Hopefully goats are less likely to get free and eat her seedlings.

Things are a lot quieter in this household without Gytha here! This round the Salters got a ‘nothing much happened’ ROS roll. Why does only Arturo get the bad rolls? Why can’t Wulfric get a few turtles dropped on his head?
Actually, Wulfric is sick with a cold when the round starts, but that’s not enough.
At least Brigid’s a better parental figure to her own child (so far).

First household in spring: Shep! Now with additional Gytha! Gytha has packed her trunk and come to stay with Shep as her assistant/apprentice potter/to get her out of the Salter household before either she or Brigid strangles the other one.
I did roll for ROS, but it was one of the ones I deleted because I didn’t feel it suited my game, which I’m taking as ‘nothing of note happened’. Sometimes these households need a break, they’ve got enough going on as it is. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

A poignant reminder that outside of Veridia’s peaceful valley, battles over resources, property, and extremely petty feuds are being fought between queens, chiefs, and overkings. We won’t meet our new residents until later in the round, though.
