CC: SimKatu Phoebe hair recolored

[eulalia]

@tipsypixel-sims’ SimKatu Phoebe hair conversion in a selection of Pooklet shades. I'll be honest, I got halfway through actually retexturing this one with Pooklet's textures, looked at it in Bodyshop, and realized it looked basically the same, so I ditched that and just recolored.

• CF-EF, elders go gray
• mesh included
• Family 1: dynamite, depth charge, pyrotechnic, volatile, mail bomb
• Family 2: flash powder, fission, explosive, incendiary, pipe bomb
