A tidy belted dress for your F sims, featuring tablet weave embroidery on the neckline. Some of them are a pattern I copied off a free tablet weave pattern from ??? I don’t remember, unfortunately; the rest were repurposed from the belts on @tipsypixel-sims’ Ladies of the Dark Ages II outfit.
As far as historical accuracy goes, I think these are closest to Anglo-Saxon gowns, probably around the middle period of Anglo-Saxon England. Damn, if I could mesh, I would so make beaded brooches like the gorgeous ones the women in that picture halfway down the page are wearing.
Possible dealbreaker: the neckline is kinda funky at the shoulders because I insisted on putting the alpha where it wasn’t really intended to go:
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ tbh most of my sims wear their hair down anyway.
- TF, AF (also enabled for elder); TF is repositoried to AF
- enabled for everyday/formal/outerwear
- twelve recolors:
