The usual happenings are happening at the Salter household: fishing, gardening, salting. Salt-making. Saltifying. Whatever.

Wulfric brought the children up to the green for some relaxation/socializing time. While they’re playing, he starts chatting with Derelei.

Where’s that discount for your girlfriend, Derelei? I want to buy Shep a pottery wheel!

Thief: Don’t be suspicious, don’t be suspicious

Sometimes these two are cute.

The super secret reviewer has shown up at Wulfric’s stall!
Wulfric: Er, sorry, we’re closed right now.

Reviewer: I can’t possibly find what I want in this tiny stall!
Again, it’s CLOSED.

Either Gytha is searching for a mother figure or she’s gonna become a popularity sim. Or both.

Proof that Wulfric does sometimes help the children out in the garden.

Gytha is working on befriending Shep, who is absolutely delighted to meet this strange child that wants to talk about seagulls.

Gytha: Hugs?
Shep: Sure, child I’ve never met before.

Helenet is perfect for Elmet, actually.

Wulfric: I... don’t know what that is?

I’m trying to find another romantic prospect for Wulfric. He doesn’t have any wants for it right now, but I want him to get married again, so he doesn’t have any choice. Unfortunately, the only person besides Helenet he’s shown interest in is Derelei, and I don’t really want to break up her and Shep just for him.

Gytha: Shoo!
Wolf: *minus*

The reviewer was our only visitor at the market stall for days until I realized I had a glitch and downloaded something to patch it. At least she bought a lot of fish and gave Wulfric an award.
Reviewer: This place is great! I’m going to write you a good review in my newspaper.
Wulfric: I don’t know what half those words mean, but thanks.

Wulfric’s TRUE passion is revealed: tinkering. Too bad

I mean, I guess it’s not a severed finger this time.

The next day is the summer festival. Wulfric tries his hands at the archery stand and brags about his business success to Shep, and the twins have fun splashing around in the water.

Drustan Hill is still trying to befriend Gytha, but she’s not having it.

I have finally found another romantic prospect for Wulfric: Derelei’s sister, Brigid. She tells him aaaall about her health concerns and trick elbow, and he gamely listens.

Glamaer and Gytha are less pleased by this prospect than I am.

Wulfric: Phew, it’s a hot one today. *ignores sobbing child*

Gytha: *omnomnom*
Brigid: *minus*

Wulfric also has a bolt with the reviewer, so I guess she’s also a prospect, but I’m intrigued by this pairing. He and Brigid share a kiss before they leave the festival.

The garden is thriving, and next round the twins will age into teenagers (!). That’s all from here this time.
