Things are pretty quiet out here away from town.










While the children fish, Wulfric is playing with a stray dog. It’s for the kids’ sake, really! They both have an ‘adopt pet’ want!




Hazelnut, no! We trusted you!!










Helenet has made the long hike over to check in on Wulfric and the twins. Gytha loves her immediately.








Wulfric is also pretty fond of her. Helenet is so sweet and thoughtful, it’s hard not to be fond of her!








Ahhh, good ol’ fashioned child labor.




Sure, let the children do all the work and you can reap the literal fruits.






Speaking of work, Wulfric’s Fish And Also Salt Stall is all set up at the market. Wulfric takes most of the harvested salt into the big market at Evervale to sell to a merchant, but he does good business here with the fish (even if, like Diseta, all his customers are children).








Gytha: Ummmm, can we not talk about severed body parts while I’m eating?

Glamaer: *minus*






Wulfric didn’t bring them along on the boat today, so the children keep themselves entertained. Hi, Dunk!






I may have added a deco bridge solely because I didn’t want to ban walkbys. Can’t believe Norweni had a bridge built just for Wulfric, smh. Still gotta hike over Luwin’s Peak to get here, though.

In the morning, everyone puts in some effort in the garden and tidies up the house before heading into town for the spring festival.

Helenet coaxed Wulfric onto the dance floor after a game of skittles, and got a nicely dramatic smooch for her efforts.

The children have discovered a time honored tradition: Hitting Each Other With Fish For Fun.

Random Wolf: What a waste of fish! I could be eating that!

Gytha: I grew a whole half-inch TALLER than Glamaer!

Helenet: Wow!




Glamaer: ...and THEN they put the thief in the stocks—

After the children are put to bed, Helenet lingers a while. One thing leads to another and she and Wulfric share a... moment on the bench by the hearth. Talk about ending the round with a bang. Thanks, ACR!
